No More Boring Beef

For anyone who knows me will know I absolutely detest roast dinners, I find them so bland and boring and not to mention all the pots & pans you need to use (or is that just me??). In a world of pleasing your husband sometimes I just have to grin and bare it and produce the goods, one day I dreaded it so much I thought if I made it taste so bad maybe he'll never want me to cook it again (Perfect!). The ironic thing is I went from trying to sabotage our dinner to producing the best roast beef we'd ever tasted and now I've got no way out.
